I was elated at first, like most readers of the article, then depressed when I found that it wasn't real. What a great article all the same. I wonder why the ADA and DUK share the same ignorance? At least the ADA is gradually coming round but I sense no movement from DUK. I sense the food industry lurking behind all this as there is too much at stake and those medical experts who have followed the low-fat mantra wouldn't be able to admit they have been wrong for so long. Yes, it may take another 10 years.....

I posted in good faith as the link was sent to me by a trusted friend and bookmarked to read properly and posted here. I should have read entirely before posting.
