Hi
I seem to have begun to discover why always I have problems with protein (high BG)
I have read that the absence of insulin converts the protein into amino acids Not the problem of total absence of carbohydrates
The amino acid turns into glucose. This explains why I find a problem in proteins even though they do not contain carbohydrates
I loved to share this information with you
I would like to add any information from the members and thank you
