an idea I've been thinking about for partys

Good effort - although nothing like the size of my German behemoths (is that the right word?). The baker's trick, even when using the cutter, would be to turn it upside down and have the bottom as the flat top and decorate.

What kind of site is this?
It's a diabetes site where we try to reinvent what we once knew as NORMAL food into something delicious that we can have now. ie

Normal cake =
60% sponge
40% cream and berries

Diabetic equivalent =
15% sponge
65% cream
20% berries
