Had the worlds most frustrating day at work and dealt with it by scoffing chippy chips........clever??? Angry chips and chocolate are what got me in this metformin predicament in the first place!!! A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the pancreas :-(

Terrible rhyme Sue. Still, I had chips on Sunday and that was after I had a mid morning pork pie from Johnsons in Thirsk. I took all my friends there because these pies are legend, but I ended up taking my own bait. It was still warm too. We all crash now and again.

Thank goodness Thirsk is a couple of hours drive from where I live.
