Just been to to the doctors to look at my blood results for my annual diabetic review. My h1abc was 37%, cholestorol was good as were all the others apart from my billyrubin level which was 30. Didnt even realise this was being tested :/ anyone got any ideas to what this result means?

I think they do commonly test liver function when you have annual tests. I certainly know that mine have been done for years.

Did your doctor say anything about this result? Do you have to go back to him/her?

Hi, i take it you have googled what this test and results could mean (i know googling is sometimes a bad idea but if its the only way) or like Azure says you could ring up the drs and ask them what it is/what the results mean.

37% h1abc - wow that is high ;) i'm assuming you mean 37mmol (or 5.5%) so that is excellent, well done!
