Another 1lb bites the dust!

ive stopped now dead seem to be stuck but im ok with it taken up bike riding today after 30 odd years last rode im feeling it tonight ahahah keep going im on hold till new yr then on with the last few stone left xx

I maintain to mr Scandi that I'm a bloke weight. He eats LCHF too and weighs 11st 1! Not fair! I'm 1 st 1lb heavier! I've got this fat face dress which is my nemesis. It says it sz 16 in the label but I'm convinced it's a 14. I can get it on but it's too small across the boobs and I look heavily preggers so not a good look! I'm sure I'll fit into it by the next millennium!

Ah yes but you have extra weight across your chest to be taken into account so you're bound to be heavier. Ok........ I know he has some extra weight in a lower area, but I bet it weighs less than your boobs ;):D

Well done for another pound.
A pound is two packets of lard in my eyes.
I've lost 16 pounds in six or seven weeks ... I lose track.
That's thirty two packets of lard.
I'm hoping when I lose the next thirty two packets my spinal pain will start to ease up ... it's flaming worse just now!
I'm fortunate that I only need to lose two stone in total.
Well done for every pound you wave goodbye to.

And another 1lb! Reading was 12st 10 on Sunday! Same for 3 days now so I'm claiming that 1lb too! Taking my weight loss to 3 stone 5lbs! Yippee!

i was 21 stone in dec now just 14 so bit to go yet dropped from size 34 to 18 , happy with it for now but dont want to go to extreames xx

Glad it went well! Are you still swimming? I should imagine it's still warm enough in Spain for a dip this time of year! :D
 
Yes still very hot here and it's great to be able to get in the pool again . Just started driving again so feel like I've got my independence back !
 
And another one! Yay! Only 9lbs to go before I am merely overweight and not obese! Then I'll think about the other 2 stone! :D
 
You're doing so well. I've really stalled. I didn't put on weight on holiday and I've felt so down with this ear infection stuff since then that I've just concentrated on my BS and ignored the dieting bit!
