Anti Sickness for Travel

Hi all,

Hoping you might be able to help, I before i was diagnosed, I never suffered from travel sickness however since diagnosis, I now suffer quite badly when I do travel.

I love to travel but i often spend days in a hospital in a different country instead of on holiday because I cannot find a single drug which helps. Once I start vomiting, I don't stop and then end up with ketones and risking DKA.

Had anyone else suffered the same and has found the wonder drug? I have tried so many different ones now and its really getting to me because I need a holiday but scared to travel now.

Yes and unfortunately they have provided all they can in terms of suggestions and they are not strong enough. The GP has prescribed several different brands now and no luck so far.
