Ok hope to get a little verdict here if possible guys.after 50 days of healthy eating. High protein and fat and low carb diet i have gone from 195lbs to 183.running and gym and looking toned. Doc wanted to give me meds 50 days ago as my reading was 6.5
I decided to go 3 months of lifestyle and diet change without meds.
On waking my readings can be between 100 and 120.
Then for all my other testings throughout the day after meals etc its never above 115.
My waking reading has me puzzled as im really eating healthy and on no meds. Am i going in the right direction here to reverse my borderline type 2. ?
