trying to boost my circulation to my legs and feet especially

any advice on some easy ways to increase it. im doing daily walks but anything else from your experience that would have a noticeable and hopeful increase and difference?

Thanks Paul

I believe one of the best and simplest ways is walking

I sure this is what the consultant said to my step dad when he was suffering from extensive nerve damage in his feet through diabetes

And of course it's a general all round good exercise

I would agree.. & swimming. (You don't have to be "Baywatch.")
Swimming. Which could take any weight off dodgy jounts. However a swim takes a little more "prep."

I'm another who agrees with daily walks but notice that you are already doing that.

My other suggestions is to make sure that you are never inactive for too long (other than sleeping of course) my watch gives me an alarm if I haven't stood up every hour. I find that a helpful reminder to get up and just walk around for a while.

I like the link posted by @Goonergal and I think I might try and incorporate these. I don't have any problems with circulation but prevention is better than cure I've heard.

Anyway I hope the suggestions in the link help.

Sorry my technique isn’t easy, but has been super effective for me. I started doing leg presses about 10 months ago and the results are huge. Walking is great, I’d add in body weight squats to start.

I was having leg pain issues, this machine fixed it

I agree with moving as often as possible (i.e. not sitting for hours at a time). I have recently put a chime for every 30 minutes on my phone, from 9 am to 9 pm, and I aim to get up and stretch my legs for 90 seconds. Sometime it's just a walk to to kitchen for a glass of water, other times it's some gentle exercise (squats, calf stretches, tennis ball rolling etc.) EDIT: I don't get up every time, that's why I put it twice per hour rather than just once.
Biomechanist Katy Bowman has written a lot about movement in general and feet in particular: https://www.nutritiousmovement.com/our-favorite-feet-footwear-and-walking-resources/
