Type 2 Any good or not

Been given a sachet of Argonne ginseng energy fizz drink to try I don’t know much about alternative medicine so is it any good or should I stay away I’m type 2

I have so far not come across any alternative diabetes treatments that work. Following a low-carb diet is the best approach.

According to my carb manager app for keto it has 20 calories but it gives it a ‘A’ no limit so sounds good bu I’m still sceptical about it

Personally I'd avoid anything with cane sugar as the second ingredient.

Edit to add they appear to be a skincare and make-up company mainly so....

Cane sugar, dextrose and another ose. I personally wouldn't touch it. Taste and test.

Its got chromium which is supposed to boost insulin sensitivity, vitamin E and B vitamins (something diabetics can be low in) with a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down. You could have some and see how fizzy you feel but I am glad you didn't actually pay for it! What will make the biggest difference is your main diet and not supplements.

Me? My curiosity, and my deep unwillingness to waste stuff, would have led me to mix the sachet up and try it.
Can't help myself that way.
Wouldn't ever intend to buy any more, but my endless quest for info and new experiences, means that about the only food stuffs I won't try - as a controlled one off - are insects.
