im Nino of philippines single dad of 11yr old(girl), (9) old boy i got DM2 diabetes
i always have high blood sugar my maintenance is lupinsulin 70/30 as i dont have testing machine
i take 15 in a morning and 15 at night sometimes i dont have maintenance because life is so hard here in philippines
its very hard to maintain medications specially im mostly depress because i have to make a living for them
most of times i didnt want them to know that im in pain...what makes me fight and not giving up is seeing them..

Not much use or help just now mate as I'm really unwell.
Keep on going for those lovely kids.
Easy to say I know but you're obviously a loving dad and know what I mean.
Getting depressed won't be helped if you're looking after them but not looking after you.
You need something for you.

What a lovely photo.

There is lots of info on this site for helping you manage your diabetes and to look after yourself.

Also look after your mental health. If you have a friend or two speak to them about how your mood is affected. If they are good friends they will want to help.

There is also a board on this forum for your emotional health where people will come and offer you support. Someone is always listening
