If any of you have had peptic ulcers in the past, is there any chance you could tell me if it affected your diabetes, in terms of control or otherwise?

I understand complications like perferations will obv affect it, but I mean in an everyday situ.

Thanks :D

Hi,ebony,
I have a duodenal ulcer (same as peptic, just further along alimentary canal), for which I have to take Omeprazole 20 mgs once a day. It does not afeect my diabetes control, well, not htat I've noticed anyway. Having said this, everyone's different--- :)
