People that can't listen to other people's opinions.
People that can't say sorry.
I was...
felt **** for years.
Had injections until moved to Wales.
Gp there stopped them.
Then got private infusions.
Moved back to England.
Though would just let levels drop and get the necessary injections back. Stopped any supplements, infusions.
Levels went down.
Then levels climbed, climbed and climbed. Sooo high!!

My diabetes consultant said "it doesnt look like you have cancer"....

6 months later diagnosed with breast cancer.

Since having cancer removed 18 months ago my levels have stagnated at a level of 440 and not moved.

I personally think low B12 can be exasperated by processed foods... I was eating more processed foods during the time my levels were low.

I know how desperate it feels when low... my levels also improved once Incompletely banished processed sweeteners out of my diet. Apparently I had been diagnosed with sweetener intolerance in 2003!! I only found out in 2015, 9 months before the cancer removal...

I would definitely only eat unprocessed foods and check how much B12 you are having from your natural food....

Injections will help you feel better. Best to get yourself tiptop on intake naturally as well though..

Hi
Sorry to hear about the cancer. I have had a lot of surgery in the past which doesn't help and have managed to persuade the doctors to give the injection every 10 weeks instead of 12, but they don't make a lot of difference. I try and eat healthy- cook most things from scratch and eat a lot of veg. Was told the injections are for life. Just wish the boost lasted more than a few days!

I used to think that too about the length of time until injections!
We used to pay a private anaethitist in Bridgend for infusions!!

I was lucky in a sense that GPs always kept an eye on it. Just a shame that the link to Breast Cancer that was found in research in 2013 wasnt recognisec by anybody for me in 2015.

Glad to hear in a sense... that your diet is pretty healthy and natural.

My probs were definitely made worse by aspartame, artificial sweeteners, citric acid and any "hard" nhs tablet... (not capsule).

Do they check your levels at 10 weeks before your next jab?

I even bought the injections
(Cobabalin??) over the net!!! I was absolutely desperate when I had mine stopped by Welsh GP.

However now, at least if it rises from 440 I know to start questioning cancer occurence again....

My levels had gone right up to 1598 from 156..... 1600 and they would have had to check further into cancer....

I cant offer much help I'm
afraid except empathy.. it can be absolutel wipe out....
