I generally skip breakfast so have 2 meals a day. I tend to skip one of these if I'm not hungry. which is the case at the moment. But I eat a low carb full fat/ketogenic style diet and I'm "fat adapted" so my body has internal fatty supplies to rely on if not much external fuel is forthcoming, so I don't get particularly hungry when I limit meals.
I do sometimes it’s usually more I’ve forgotten to eat as I wasn’t hungry. Some days it is a meal and a snack others I eat two meals. I don’t eat breakfast usually maybe one or twice a month if I feel hungry. I’m vegan and eat keto or low carb. Fasting BS is usually between 5.4 and 4.3
