I often when handling my pump i think to my self. hmmm does me having a device stuck to me make me robot? I do have to change a battery which means a battery and machine keep me aide. Its a crazy little funny/werid thing. Not sure if anyone has ever thought this but haha thought id share

:)......................not as yet.

Lol - I get that kind of response from my team mates with the Libre Sensor and Insulin port stuck into me. I like to consider myself "bionically enhanced" :borg::borg::borg::)

When I first got my pump, I did think about the bionic woman : D

People at work have said similar things too.

I think it's an amusing way to think about it, and it does make me smile when I'm having 'one of those days' with my pump.

I have a friend who takes the pee out of me a bit..in a nice way. When he can't get phone signal he asks if I'm mucking around with my pump again and if I am still spying on his internet use and stuff. But when I am cycling to work I connect my pump to my bag strap via a velcro strap for safety and I am then actually connected to my bag which is a bit strange. I have occasionally forgotten and taken my bag off and given my cannula a nasty tweak.

Yep!

Especially when I have a CGM stuck in my at the same time.

He looks like he is not using any face cream or moisturiser, skin is far too dry and under nourished  He definitely needs to go to The Body shop and get some Vitamin D skin reviver :D
