Trudi Deakin's book, "Eat Fat" is basically a guide to eating to a lower carb lifestyle, and increasing fat intake to stop/prevent weight loss where and when appropriate. Many people adopting this way of eating lose weight, and some do so quickly.

This is a great book...not so great for recipes...there are a few but they're quite uninspiring I found...but then I pretty much live on curry. It's definitely worth a look though...some interesting facts on where you could be going wrong.
