Hi.
I'm having huge difficulty in reducing my bgs due to taking ibuprofen and buscupan/mebeverine which both contain sugar.
I am going to start using kids sugar-free nurofen or similiar but I cannot find any buscupan/mebeverine sugar - free alternatives.

Anyone using a sugar-free product for the stomach spasms?

SORRY CAN NOT HELP A LOT
IS IT POSS YOU CAN FIND OUT HOW MUCH SUGAR .
IN EACH TABLET and adjust insulin must be only very small amount amount but may be lot as it would depend how many you need just a point as i am transplant person .
we are not allowed IBUPROFEN only parcetermol
we done you on all your problems vic 61 years on insulin

Morning.
Mebeverine (Colofac) is available as sugar-free liquid, indicative price 300ml = £187.00!!
Also available as MR capsule, better price and unlikely to have sugar content of tablets.
Sorry, no joy with the buscopan :(

There is a really tiny amount in meds, why do you think its down to the tablets?

I agree. If each mebeverine tablet weighed 1g (which it probably doesn’t), and if each tablet was just carbohydrate/sugar (which it isn’t), the most you’d be injesting per day would be 6g!
