Prediabetes app for recording BG levels

Can anyone tell me if there is an iPhone App for BG levels diaries? Just quicker and more convenient than filling in the paper diaries all the and I felt sure someone out there has created one.

I am using MySugr - free for the basic version and one of their challenges allows you to try the full version out for a week (£22 odd for a year's subscription)
