N am trying to comtrol it with Apple Cider vinegar( drinking one glass of water with one spoon of apple cider vinager). But still no chanege in my result. Need some help?

Hello @njun

Drinking apple cider vinegar is not going to control your blood glucose levels, i've heard for type 2's it has some benefits but as your pancreas isn't producing insulin, drinking this is not help. Taking insulin is the only way to control your blood glucose levels.

What insulins are you taking and who do you speak to in regards to your diabetes management ?

I also note you posted a similar thread a few days ago - if you could keep your query to one post it will make it easier for members to respond to you.

Are you using a blood glucose meter and do you see a doctor on a regular basis or a diabetic nurse ?

Also which country are you in ?

Ok well the best advice is to give up drinking cider vinegar and to see your Doctor about adjusting your insulin to meet your daily needs, there is no cure for type 1 just to maintain good insulin management.

You can purchase a copy of 'Think like a pancreas' off Amazon which is a very good book to read about t1 management and will help you understand more about this condition, and it's written by a type 1.
