It's supposed to help your bgl by drinking it in a glass containing water.
I tried it once, it's not to my liking so did not continue with it. I have been told by my GP that it has side effects with some heart medications, Digoxin in particular.

A trained herbalist recommended this (raw type) as being a new study with good results. It has to be apple cider vinegar .I can drink a tablespoon neat or in water x 2 a day.
This am my reading went down overnight the lowest in 10days of testing. I would need to experiment by stopping it , then restarting 48hrs later to see if the same happens before feeling positive about it.
