Apple iOS 18

@Rachox, have you tried turning off Bluetooth then turning it on again? If that doesn’t work, try deleting LibreLink and then uploading it again.
I once had a similar problem and that fixed it.
Yes they are the two things they talked me through, but didn’t work!

Edit to add, this was when I kept getting loss of signal.

After a few years of no problems I’m having problems with my Freestyle libre 2 reader so have decided as I need an iPhone anyway now is the time to buy one. Does anyone have experience with libre 2 and the latest 18 iOS. The current freestyle compatibility webpage gives an iOS of up to 17.5.1.
I hesitated for ages before updating to IOS 18. I did so last month on a day when I was changing the sensor, No problem, works like a charm and didn’t lose any info on the LibreLink apps. I have an iphone18

Thank you, good to hear.

I have an iPhone 11 and after the last but one update, had problems with the sensor/app in that it repeatedly claimed that it couldn't read the sensor. Changed sensor and same thing happened!
Abbot told me to try yet another sensor (my last one!) with a reader ( which they had refused to give me but they gave in after a long battle) That worked but was very unsatisfactory as it gave me slightly different readings to the app!
Another new sensor and everything is fine! Fingers crossed!

You say you need an iphone can you explain to mister ignorant here why it has to be an Iphone?

There is a new version of the compatibility Guide dated Jan. 2025 They added iPhones 15 and 16 under iOS up to 18.0.1 !

I just updated my iPhone 15 Pro Max to iOS 18.3. No problem as yet ! Works fine for me !

I’ve not yet as only started using these a couple weeks ago but I will try phoning them through the week. I’m in the UK so very lucky I don’t pay for them so no need for them to replace but hopefully they can assist with the scanning issue as I don’t really want to be carrying 2 phones around with me.
If they replace them, it saves the nhs approx £50 per sensor!

I have an iphone which updated last week to 18.3.1. Now the scanner does not work and therefore the sensor is useless on my phone. I've spoken to Abbott about it but it appears this is probably a software problem. My advice would be not to update to the latest iOS.
