hi I went to see the diabetic nurse for an appointment in Sep; she phoned me up today to see how i was getting on and said an appointment was sent out for the 10th of Nov.
The thing is i thought it was once a year i saw the nurse.
Joe
I think it's good that you are being followed up again, it doesn't seem enough to me to only be seen once a year. Go armed with all your questions so you can get the most out of the appointment
People that feel just because diabates is a life-threatening "illness" it should be treated with kid gloves and nobody is allowed to have a laugh. My humour got me through abuse, near death experiences, serious and debilitating illnesses and lifelong pain and deformity - why give up the thing that works??

I shan't be crass but I shall just say that if Iactually ate a tonne of macanuts then I am pretty sure my company would NOT be anything approaching blissful
