Type 1 Apps for Managing Type 1.

Hi, 1st time here. Looking for any guidance on apps to help manage type 1. I am on a Medtronic 640G Pump with a CGM which I upload to Carelink. I am looking to find a way to have my CGM data along with food/exercise info in one place so I have the full picture. Any advice would be appreciated. Even if there was an excel doc I could merge with the Carelink outputs that would be amazing.

I have used Diasend in the past which was useful, I couldn't find anything else that was better than it - I used it to send PDF reports to my nurse.
 
Do you use a sensor to check your blood or does the pump show you your results. I use the libre app were I can enter my insulin doses and my excercise and food.
