I was trying to connect to my Bayer glucofact software and download plus manually enter reading data but it appears this software is obsolete and I had to register with glucontrol.online think name was to download my readings to the online account.
I'm just wondering if anyone who used the previous software were notified that this was going to happen, as I never received any emails saying that I would not be able to use the software anymore etc.
In terms of the glucocontrol online, it seems that only readings on the meter are accepted. As I cannot find any means so far of how to input manual readings. It's so annoying as I have over a week of readings from the hospital to add to the data.
Just really annoying as wasted a while afternoon trying to get the meter to connect to the software so I could add the readings and five a full picture of the readings to my GP. I only have a week to get this sorted.
