Autosoft 90 issues

Hi, Has anyone else had issues with Autosoft 90 insertion site failures? I have been using them for over a year now and whilst initially I had no problems, one the last few months some batches have failed. The problem I have is that the cannula folds forming like a fishhook, which you only find out either because insertion is painful or once you remove it after blood sugars have sky rocketed due to lack of insulin. Pump thinks insulin has been delivered.

I can use a complete box with no problems and then another box 6 out of the 10 will fail.

I have spoken to Airliquide about this but they have just suggested trying a different infusion set.

Am I the only one?

Yes I stopped using them, they were too unreliable for me, I have switched to steel sets now and not had an issue since.

Yes I stopped using them for the same reason. I now use the angled Autosoft 30.
