Now it's autumn, and here the weather is now chilly.
I have now noticed over the past few days now it's chilly, I have started to feel more hungry.
I am now getting worried as my weight lose is at a stand still. I Don, t want to eat any more because of the hunger

My appetite has increased a lot too. Seems to be a direct link between the amount of hunger and the drop in temperatures. :(

I'm going to make a batch of leek and potato soup this afternoon looking forward to it.

Soup does help satiate. The other day I was freezing but didn't have time to make 'real' soup so I just cut up my chicken , added chopped green beans, onion, celery and some herbs, threw it in a pot and poured organic chicken broth on it and heated it up. Then drizzled with garlic oil. A pat of butter would have. Been good too. Fast and easy. The broth can be very satisfying and curb hunger just to drink between meals. Good warm comfort food.

I make tomato soup with leeks, beans or lentils. A word of advice - better to buy tomato puree in a jar as opposed to a tube or tin to minimise cancer risk .....
