I am a journalist researching the safety of the popular diabetes drug, Avandia (Rosiglitazone). In order to get as full a picture as possible, I would like to speak to patients in the UK who are currently taking or who have taken Avandia. I would like to hear from those who have found the drug beneficial, as well as anyone who has suffered a heart attack or coronary artery blockage, stroke or congestive heart failure while taking the drug. I was taking Avandia until my GP decided all of his patients were to be switched to Actos and I had no problems with the switch.

The e-mail address is not a personal one and is for Journalistic Research. Therefore under forum rules and policies it is allowed. Monitors also used their discretion as to whether to allow it, the decision was ........it stays.
