Hi everyone. Been on and off the forum
.. as much as I've been on and off this diabetes journey.
burying your head in the sand and pretending your not diabetic doesn't work. It sure is a rollercoaster. Back on the meds, 80mg gliclazide twice daily. It's helping but not having the effe t effect it used to do. I rang gp today to book hba1c and try take some kind of control back, but I can't get in until very end of Sept, so from now till then I have to try get in the right path to improve blood sugars and overall general health. Finger pricks hovering at between 14 and 17 at the moment.
I think I know what I have to do..but putting it into action and actually sticking it is where I REALLY struggle.. so I'm hoping coming back here keeps me somewhat accountable. Hope ur all doing well on your diabetic journey to better health. At this point i feel i just need my mouth sewing together..so any tips on staying on track are appreciated
