Hi everyone, it's been over a year since I checked in on here. I'm back and really need some help please. Over a year ago I was following the LCHF way of eating. I lost weight and my sugar levels were great, I was able to reduce some of my medication, I was swimming 3 times a week and going to exercise classes 3 times a week, things were going great. Then I slipped down the stairs! In a nutshell I slipped a disc (didn't know this at the time) and as the condition got worse I eventually stopped all exercise, ended up with depression and my controlled eating went out of control.
I've fallen asleep twice today and feel continuously tired. I just checked my bloods and it was 14.6.
I keep trying to get back on track and am finding it so difficult.
I'm being treated for my back now and have started swimming again but I'm really struggling with what I'm eating. I know what I need to do but I just can't get motivated.
Sorry for the long winded winge but I really need some help and advise and a big kick up the a**e!
