I was wondering if there was anyone who had any experience of backpacking for a period of more than a month? As a young guy, I'd like to do SE Asia or maybe S. America. I know that once out of the fridge, insulin should be used within a month. What do people do if they travel longer than 1 month?

Unsure how long they last but if you Google "frio travel bags" or look on Amazon they may help. Designed specifically for insulin storage.

I went travelling for 3 months and didn't have a single problem!!! Took all my insulin on the plane in my hand luggage in a cool bag and in Frio bags.
