Bad day in the food bingeing office

So today I've had a Chinese buffet for lunch and chocolate this evening. I've somehow managed to keep my BG below 9 all day. But feeling guilty!
 
Don't feel guilty @CarlyB We all deserve a treat. You should be feeling proud you kept your BS below 9 :)

You can always make up for,it with some healthier foods tomorrow :)

Lol, I'm not a judger. (This is me.) top it off with a little voddy &'Diet Coke to belay a little liver dump sorrow in the morning.. ;)
I've been on "tour" & knows how it goes...
 
Don't be hard on yourself, @CarlyB - eating food is normal human behaviour! Tisn't a crime. And I suspect a Chinese buffet followed by chocolate isn't an everyday thing. You're doing a grand job with the sub-9, but even if you went higher than that, today was just one day.

You're human!

I had Yo Sushi for lunch today -- YUM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
lol I've been guessing my doses for these bad treats which is NOT good! But sometimes it really is hard to tell with things like buffets
 
agreed that sushi is more Japanese......... but eating out with foreign food is commonality and we are all part of an evolving global community.................:D
