Good day everybody
Many web sites write that barley bread is harmless to diabetics
But when I looked for nutritional value, I found it very high in carbohydrate content.
I do not know if anyone has tried it here
Some may not know it as food currently used
I find that people who sell or promote bread are totally shameless about telling you that it is not only harmless it is beneficial - the shop down the road from me selling all types of breads is a good example, diabetic coeliac - all good.
