Insulin flat (day) and night, Basically keeps things right, Foodie insulin is special, It stomps on blood sugars' pedestal.Little late to this discussion but I find a lot of it confusing.
However, when I remember diabetes is so named because the excess weeing was thought to be related to kidneys (like dialysis), I decided that it is all made up and call it what ever I want which is "night time" and "food time" insulin.
(Doesn't work as well if you take your night time in the morning.)
