I’d never heard of the word “bolus” until I did DAFNE. I always used the terms “background” and “fast-acting” before. I still feel strange using “bolus” as a verb, it’s a strange sounding word. I used to say “inject”, but I don’t do that any more...

Little late to this discussion but I find a lot of it confusing.
However, when I remember diabetes is so named because the excess weeing was thought to be related to kidneys (like dialysis), I decided that it is all made up and call it what ever I want which is "night time" and "food time" insulin.
(Doesn't work as well if you take your night time in the morning.)

Insulin flat (day) and night, Basically keeps things right, Foodie insulin is special, It stomps on blood sugars' pedestal.

Very well, O Ruler. I shall invest in some joint oil so that I do not creak during adulations. I presume there is a communication link to @porl69 in that alternate universe. And I assume things are more settled there during basal phases compared to the bowlus phases. And do some bowlus phases occur on lawn surfaces, or does that just apply to putt-putt?
Opps, I am approaching an event horizon in the vicinity of Downton Abbey DVD universe and Mrs kitedoc is insistent otherwise she will push me into a black hole. I will try to return to adulation in long order !!
