Basal conversion for lyumjev/older insulins

Hi does anyone have any basal charts and bolus for lyumjev?


I'm giving it a trial (am on porcine) so may need a few eg novorapid/lyumjev novorapid/old actrapid.

I created my own pump profile based on a early 1980s edition of pumping with insulin so if anyone has anything like those charts so I can try and work it out that would be very much appreciated

In case anyone finds this thread chatgpt used carefully is amazing! It will calculate conversions and do it with precise numbers that I use. It explains it's reasoning too so you can check. What an incredible age we live in! (Still no response from hospital though other than just try out what you're currently on and see what happens...)
