I too have trouble getting the extra hour(s) If I don't get a decent sleep I'm cranky and feel low or am I having a low?catherinecherub said:I found it a really interesting programme and am looking forward to next week's episode.
Pleased that soap turned out to be the best hand wash, something I have always felt was the best approach.
We wonder why Dr's give conflicting advice but seeing the two experts being interviewed about aspirin, they both had valid advice even if they did not agree. Who to believe?
The sleep project was also good but how can you make yourself sleep longer? I usually get 6 hours and feel fine and cannot stay in bed once I wake up.
Hope others enjoyed it as much as me.

Episode 2 this week deals with,
Are vitamin pills money down the loo?
Should we be signing up to private health checks?
Will antibiotics cure back pain?
Does getting cold make you catch one?
Should the presenter take statins?
Hi CC I found it very interesting and it just goes to show that good old soap and water is the bestI'm a terrible sleeper, just getting a good couple of hours would be heaven. Looking forward to tomorrow night.
