Lifted from RadioTimes.

Like the cut of his jib.

Seems to be very interesting programme. Particularly interested in where a diabetic person went down from three drugs to one. Although his methods doesn't seem to be any different than what is being advised on this forum but it will certainly be more helpful to see them in practice.

Very impressed, sadly the Dr in the program is a one in a million ! Still it just takes one in the right place to change things for every :)

Very impressed with the programme.
A few tiny niggles, but not really worth mentioning.

What a wonderful, accessible, effective vehicle to communicate sensible advice for T2Ds.
And soooooo much better than the ignorant fat bashing that goes on in the rest of the media.

I want a DXA scan,............................. It doesn't look like my local Spire hospital has one, which is a shame, but at £139 I would go for it. Bury St Edmunds isn't a million miles away, except it's down the A14. I'm still traumatised by having an A14 commute for a while, in a nightmare job.......

Looks like the visceral fat package in does in London, not Bury St Edmunds.
