After a year I think I have got a reasonable handle on carbs / blood sugar.
I am normally 5-6 pre meal (Normally in the 5's), and normally 5-7 after a meal, depending on carbs. I never get an 8, unless I have a LOT of carbs, 100g +.
However, my waking up level is fairly consistently 7.2 (Almost the same every day). Presumably Dawn Phenomenon..
Should I worry about this, or just accept that I have fairly good control and move on?
