Beans and nuts

If you visit your GP, he or she can prescrine you vitamin B strong compound tablets. They're very small and innocuous and I take 4 x 2 tablets a day as I'm not fond of beans or nuts. You barely even notice them with a gulp of water. Much better than eating a load of fat rich nuts and dry beans, in my mind. Have a word if you like. It works fine for me. However if you love a portion of beans and nuts, the choice is yours. I hope this helps you!

Vitamin K is bad for me as I have blood coagulancy problems and it thickens the blood, things like green cabbage, sprouts, broccolli, blueberries and so on. But I digress. Chuffed when I found out though! No more sprouts or Broccolli for me! Yeah!!! :)
