Today's email from DCUK offers advice on driving with diabetes, however when clicking on the link to the page 'Behind the wheel with diabetes' it takes you to the wrong page which is entitled 'Loughbrough Sports Day 2011'....... could Admin rectify this to direct people to the correct page?

I got the email too, and I couldn't help wondering how many will answer the available survey truthfully. No doubt somewhere down the lline the results will wind up on the desk of some little jobsworth at DVLA.

Did the link not take you to the wrong page Viv?

Hi Viv, if the results go to the DVLA I would be caught by this too.

Statistics from the survey [ eg X% buy their own test strips ] may be quoted but no details.

As someone with diabetes, I'll be ensuring the survey and results of the survey are used for practical means to help people like you and I.

All the best

Thanks Nigel

This is an error on our part. The link was to go here:
http://www.diabetes.co.uk/blog/index.php/2011/05/driving-car-with-diabetes/

We should be able to update the 'view it online' version with the correct link.

Many thanks
Benedict

Hi Benedict.

I understand what you're saying, and I appreciate youtaking the time to post a reply, however these days all manner of gathered statistics go astray for many reasons, some honest mistakes, some not; and even seemingly innocent information is damaging in the hands of someone able to twist it to thier needs.
