Typical Sultana Cake isaround 60g carbs per 100 g weight. (Depends on size of a slice)
Well over 100g of carbs in one meal !!! WOW. That is almost twice my daily allowance of carbs.

Around 40g carbs ......2 thirds of my daily intake.

31.5g carbs (microwaved)

milky coffee (200 ml is 7.2g)
and wait for it
