Bacon, eggs, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, maybe toast, coffee, black or skimmed milk, in my case not a huge amount on the plate as I count the calories, but you did say holiday.
Or porridge, if you can eat it, with fruit.
Sadly, with the fat in the fry up, it won't be low calorie.
Porridge isn't a bad choice for the calories, but only if it doesn't spike you.
I avoid the croissants, and white toast nowadays, and the butter, both for the carbs and the fat.
