Hello all
6 months to my holiday and even though I have 5 stone to lose which I hope to lose by eating very low carb and only eating off a side plate. But I will also need to tone up, belly, legs, bottom and arms etc. I cannot do weights or cardio due to a reoccurring viterious haemorrage so I am wondering if walking home from work, only 2 miles daily or going on the cross trainer each evening for about an hour or doing callanetics at home would be the best way to tone up ? Thanks for reading and any replies xx

The concern about becoming too muscular or bulky is especially prevalent among women. However, females typically do not have the hormonal environment present in males to produce very large muscles or large amounts of muscle mass. There are exceptions of course, depending on genetics, but most women will be typically happier with their results after switching to a lower-rep and higher-weight routine. The best approach to achieving an overall toned appearance is to follow a full-body workout routine which emphasizes compound exercises.

Cross trainer i swear by.
Also no impact on knees like jogging and targets cardio.
It dont get better than that x

If you have the facilities nearby, swimming daily is excellent if you can possibly spare the time. Invariably your whole body feels tired but without any aches or pains due to working specific muscles hard. Everything just about, even your toes and fingers get their little work out. It is quite a cosy feeling. You'll sleep well too.

If you are looking for great toning stomach exercises and you are hoping to find lots of information on various types of crunches and abs exercises to do, then you need to re-educate yourself in order to get a flat stomach.
