Best low carb info book please?

Carbs & cals is very good - it comes in a book format, but I use the app which is handy & user friendly.

It's a fairly basic and general introduction to low carbing and will give you a "traffic lights" guide to the carb content of many UK foods. There are more technical and informative books around, but this one should probably do for starters.
