after 10 days of great BG levels around 5-6 i was horrified to do my test before lunch to get a reading of 12, only thing i had eaten was 2 tangerines and a apple, after checking with fitness pal app it appears there was nearly 50g carbs between the 3 things 
what should i snack on to avoid spikes, eggs,meat,dairy etc? i assume a plain greek yogurt is carb free?
