Hi all, have never posted on here before but felt like I should share what I've just learned. I've just done the Arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living and Beyond. It was AMAZING. I've had to reduce my background insulin quite dramatically and my morning highs have just disappeared! I can't quite believe it but I'm so happy and feeling amazing. Just thought I'd let people know. If you want any info about it, feel free to message me, I'll also put a vid up of me talking about it

Well done on reducing your insulin requirements and stabilising your morning blood sugars.

I can't help thinking that you could achieve the same results without resorting to an expensive, well-marketed diet of processed meal replacements and supplements.

You should look into healthy lower-carb diets that are probably more sustainable in the long term that will allow you to eat a more natural diet.

This forum is full of discussions and advice.

Thanks. Yeah, I've been eating low carb for a few years now but after learning a lot about vegan eating and wanting to give my body a bit of a detox, I thought I'd try it. Still going strong :)
