So my first post here. I think it is now or never for me.
Just yesterday I thought I should make it a routine to check my fasting glucose. Luckily I remembered and did one and it was 7.0.
About me >50 y.o. female. BMI of 45, with no previous history of diabetes but have quite a few things going on.
I knew I was at risk, I knew I would end up diabetic if I wouldn't get my weight down and my eating habits in a healthy order.
Due to some severe mental health issues I wasn't able to address my problems but finally now ready to tackle this before I kill myself.
So hopefully able to get some help now and be able to make very important changes to my diet and life-style. Please be kind I judge myself hard enough right now.
