I think that's my new forum sig.

I did reflect back on fit I have been despite T1 30+ years. I recognise and accept now that this is me. I'm still lovely inside... and always do my best..

Part of our therapeutic art... others did past and some did cancer journeys but all we got told to do was a wellbeing board of things that were imoortant to us... mine was now and future...

It really does take mind away from pain. One lady managed to do despite only haaving use of one hand. Brilliant alternative ways...
