I have been type 1 since 2011 now. I have always had an issue with keepping them stable and on point. Has any one got some tips. just feeling vunerable right now

Not an easy job but possible. Do you count carbs? What is your insulin regime? What is your diet?
I can tell you what works for me. Lower in carbs diet and mainly low GI, routine and daily physical activity (mine is 4 miles walk). Having pump helps as well

I do lots of testing to see where I might need to make changes eg to control spikes after meals. I count carbs and I have different insulin to carb ratios at different times of the day. I also try to keep active after meals, even if it's only doing housework. I also do correction doses to bring any high sugars down.

Are your sugars going too high? Or too low? Or both?
