Dive into the Low Carb forum with a pen and paper (you will get lost otherwise so many posts) and read as much as you can of all the posts over a week or so while gulping on a coffee (and cream) while squiggling notes

Congrats on the dropping BG levels Ken.
As others have said :
meal1 :drop or cut back the weetabix.
meal2 :Cauliflower rice is a good sub for rice
meal3 :Bergen or livlife bread is lower carb than other breads
meal4 : celeriac is a good sub for potatoes
in general up your salads & non starchy veg.
Good Luck

Good advice here all I would add is to emphasize testing before and after meals and try chicken wrapped in bacon tasty and filling.:)
CAROL
Keep up the good work!

I seem to be having difficulty reducing my BG levels even after following my specialists dietary advice.
I have reduced my refined sugar to nothing, and am only eating slow release carbs. However the levels
still appear to either remain the same or get even higher.

I don't seem to know what I am doing wrong, if anybody could shed some light on this or has had
similar issues please let me know.

Thanks

Ken
